I agree he needs to go now, question is when. If he goes now we could still miss the play-offs with a new manager. If he stays we could miss the play-offs too. If we don't get promoted though then he'd be better going now so whoever comes in has some time to look at the suqad. Of course if he stays to get us through the play-offs and god forbid gets us promoted then next season we'll be stuck with him I guess, at least until January :<

Either way it's a mess.

What's worrying is that next season we'll still be in this division and we'll lose Commons and Clingan (for low fees due to contracts expiring) and it looks like Tyson too. I can't see us easily replacing these players so we're not likely to gain promotion next year either so thank you colin calderwood.

I haven't gone to many games this season, and I am afraid that I am not sorry. Why would I want to spend £300 (plus the money and time on getting to the matches) or so on a season ticket that would bring me no joy?

It is so disheartening to see that the manager has clearly failed to learn from last season. I actually like a lot of our current players (although I don't know how many will be here next season), but they seem confused and unable to deliver, which I can only put down to the management.

I had high hopes that CC would take last year's mistakes on board, but it is deja vu...

The picture made me smile, which I needed considering the circumstances. I'll keep going this season, I'm a season ticket holder and I don't want to miss it regardless of how shit we are.

But i am still sick of the performances, the atmosphere and the knowledge that we arent going up.

and its killing me.

Ps, as I'm not from Notts, I don't get to see the local paper. I assume you are having a bit of fun at our expense, nffc? Surely even CC didn't see us run OR chase last night? Hard-earned? Yeah, my f**king wages on that shambles. And if Lewis' shot HAD gone in, it would have been harsh on a very well organised and jee'd up Donny side who had had at least 5 good chances themselves prior to McGugans effort.
Stop making up newspaper articles nffc!

Kids for a quid against Cheltenham. My 2 lads will come with me as season ticket holders (for now). But we've just got back from a junior training session, which was much more enjoable to watch -and cheaper - than last nights shambles. As the junior team reaches the end of the season I thought it would be a nice touch if a few of the dads took the team to the Cheltenham game as a team bonding type thing. There was a moments silence, then EVERY single parent there started laughing at me.

For those of you out there still supporting Mr Calderwood, either you're not going to the games, or you're VERY easily pleased. The above anecdote is symptomatic of how our club is viewed, and hardly bodes well for the future of NFFC, does it.
Enjoy your pick of the seats next season.
