I am at loss to understand why he feels, that, despite playing at home and with a good crop of players he has little or no confidence in his players ability(1 up front?)
. Maybe this is the real reason why the performances show a lack of consistant quality. CC's doubters have every right to question his ability as a football manager. Regardless of position, at the end of the season NFFC need to look again at the direct of the club and its desire to entertain its forever faithfull suporters. We demand football, and football we are not getting.

I will not call for CC's head until the end of the season, that would be counter productive

What you you prefer? No promotion and Calderwood to get the sack? Or to be playing Championship football next season with CC at the helm?

Its a straight choice as Calderwood is not going to get the boot until the end of the season and only then if we don't go up. I know where my favour lies and its not with another season in League 1!

Come on man

get behind the team at least for this season - we couls still maybe go up!!!

Forest fans seem to be suffering from PTSD (post traumatic stress), the way their behaviors fluctuate. The trauma of realizing we are only a small provincial team is hard for many to take.

First things first. Terry please don't be so nieve about the Nigel Doughty. How can you ask the owner and financial backer of our football club to walk out?! What the hell would we do if he turned round and said there is no more money from him (or before you say it - from loans - backed by him) for any signings? The backing he has given us since we have slipped into this league is nothing short of massive. You could question the policy whilst we were in the Chmapionship at one stage but that was only when he didn't trust his managers. Unfortunately he seems to trust Calderwood.

Secondly I agree Arthur from the outside looking in does not look to be doing a very good job. However again I will trust Doughty to make the decision on who is our CEO based on what he sees from the inside. I'm sure if he thought MA was failing he would get rid.

Finally Calderwood should be careful not to ignore the chanting for head (it was very obvious he could hear it at the Bournemouth game). To come out in the press and say it is only people on the internet is as nieve as Terry's Doughty comments. He has lost the fans and to turn this round needs results and to make us believe he can and will get promotion this year.

I disagree that Calderwood is the problem ...it is undoubtedly ARTHUR ...listening
to him on Radio Nottm yesterday ..its was plain to hear ....He was the reason we didnt
do any bizzo in january . Presumably Calderwood said he wanted Best and Doughty agreed the financial limit .....The execution of the deal was ARTHUR ....why for instance did he not table the higher offer of 1.5m before the last day ?. By this time Coventry had lost Adebola ( presumably unexpectadly) and we were snookered . Why did he not table !.5m when Best came out and asked for a transfer , if we were refused at that stage ...we had time to move on . Similary the dundee player we went for was all too late leving no time after we were trumped by Celtic . So it is Arthur who gambled late on the last day and in both cases
lost . Calderwood would do the job if he wasnt in the hands of this plonker of a CEO .
ARTHUR doesnt set the right tone for the club , he isnt confidnent or competitive in
his business dealings , gets turned over all the time ...and has had many years in this role ...thorugh which he has demonstrted mis managment in detail ......he is the reason we are suffering over so many seasons
ARTHUR MUST GO!
