Ah, Egor, them was the days; City Ground was a fortress back then, and almost 4000 trickies bouncing up and down in the Trent End. Not much different up to the late 80's actually.

Am I correct in thinking we are just outside of the relegation places of the English 3rd Division?? No wonder my regular travelling party to nottingham has dwindled to 3!

I've a foot in both camps here.

Reminds me of the goods times.....and those are few and far between these days but I had to grit my teeth whilst it was being played.

Still play the tune...and lets see the likes of another Shilton, McGovern, Robbo and Woodcock etc etc run out in the tunnel in the Garibaldi.......

Sigh - if only........

Got to disagree with you here, despite the embarrasingly bad musical side of this song it will always be associated with a succesful Nottingham Forest side. I'd swap the kudos of a good tune at the tunnel for a cheesy tune but a good team to go with it.

Bring back Robin Hood and proper football to the City Ground.
