I wasn't there.

What I can't understand from the coverage is who on earth thought there might not be any trouble.

All I heard on Radio Nottingham this morning was "it was so unexpected". That beggars belief.

I was leaving the test match when a grumpy bloke asked me if I was going to the game, and when I said i wasn't he said neither was he, £12 was too much to pay to watch "shitty Notts". He inferred he'd be outside thr ground later...

I went to see them play Wimbledon a few years ago in the League Cup, and it was a winter's night so wrapped up in my (red) scarf. It was under everything else so didnlt bother me. In fact, I didnl;t even give it a second thought as I was there to cheer on Notts. When i went down for my half time ablutions, I unxipped my coat. Someone saw the flash of red and shouted out that I was Firest scum and shoudlnt; eb there and if he caught me outside later would make sure I didn't go again.

That kind of mentality and they forget to book any coppers for the pitchside. Ah well, they live and learn.

Yep, all so unexpected.

thats what happens if you play during the school holidays.
Seriously tho, it looked embarrassingly foolish on the part of forest fans. To run onto the pitch, then race straight back again and leap over the barrier?? Tossers. God job these kiddies weren't around in the old days when punches got thrown etc. Not that i'm condoning our actions of years ago, but when we walked out of Stokes ground, or Millwall, Wolves, Tottenham, Leeds and the like, and their fans would just charge at you. No questions, just attack, whether you were a 'hooligan' or a normal fan, you'd get caught in it. And it was f**king scary.
God help these lads if the sheepshaggers get hold of 'em tonight.
