No. For my money, we’ve got some good players who could go on, but we need a clean sweep. Jack’s OK – but a diver; Grolt is a diver and moaner; Commons is fat and lazy; Wes is…Wes; Gary Holt is OK, but negative. Most of the rest of the first team can go, too. We can get their equal in this league – and for less wages per week, too. Let’s have some youth in, and see what happens.

We might like it in league 2…

It follows on naturally to our new policy of releasing our best players ( Jack Lester ).

With Kris Commons looking like he’s on the verge of a big money move to, erm, Burnley, it means we no longer need worry about all this promotion nonsense. Instead we can entertain ourselves with a gripping relegation battle with Walsall instead!

Mercifully then there will be no more cruel hopes of Wembley shattered by comedy own goals and backpasses, just a good old fashioned proper relagation battle which I’m sure we’d all agree would save us alot of heartache.

Yes hew was our top scorer, but most of his goals were scored in the ifrest half of the season and he was usually appaling in the latter half of the season. If he plays like his recent form next season, then he’ll be lucky to get half the goals he got this season.

For me, we could definetly get someone better for the same money.

Yes he’s not exactly abundant in finesse but he works his arse off for the cause and hes as NFFC described him – a niggly “old fashioned” striker. If he stayed then I’m sure he would do a job for us next season – maybe not guaranteed a definite starting place but certainly a place on the bench.

I certainly dont think he’s endeared himself to CC as why else would he entertain a move to Brizzie mid season??? Makes me think CC is sure hes going to hang onto Agogo and Tys.

Anyway Grolt, if this is goodbye, good luck and thanks for all the effort!
