Recognition for Perchy, whilst Kris is disappointed..

James Perch has very deservedly been included in this week’s League One team of the week - he really impressed against Charlton in the FA Cup (who admittedly, might as well not have turned up!), and put in another solid performance at the weekend against Yeovil Town – so well deserved.  His enthusiasm and workrate have always impressed me, but he’s starting to show promise with his shooting and passing too, both of which he’s been criticised for in the past – well done James!

Kris Commons has been bemoaning his injury which will mean he misses out on the game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.  Can understand where he’s coming from, it must be gutting to miss such a stand-out fixture, but well, I suppose that’s football!  I’m hopeful that Tyson can impress on the wing in the meantime, because that immediately puts pressure on Commons when he returns – which I feel he’s lacked so far this season – then when he returns, hopefully eager and on form – Tyson will be keen to get back upfront and in the goals, thus keeping pressure on his fellow front men.

Or so it works in my ideal world!  I noticed today that when you hover your mouse over links (like this one, for example) I include within articles you get a little preview window of what it looks like – how funky!  Can’t take any credit for it though, I presume it’s an added feature by my kind hosts, so thanks for that, although from fiddling with past posts it seems to only give you a login screen when I linked to the Forest website!
