Swansea lost the league form due to the idiotic behaviour after the LDV final and the furuore it created. If they had any brain cells they would have used that win positively and pushed on. You can't blame the trophy for that! Also, this is one of the few things we can 'realisticly' win this season so why not give it a shot. How embarrasing last season with Eugine Dadi trying to fall over and get us a penalty against Woking. Megson managed to get us out of all cup competitions by Christmas, did it help us with our league form? They shortend the format, included less teams AND are giving away free childrens match tickets. A possible draw with County and hopefully a day out in Cardiff - whats not to like? I agree with you to a point.
